Amber

My name is Amber, and I am one of Dr. Smith’s dental hygienists. I graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in May 2014 and my passion for dentistry has continued growing ever since. I began working for Facial Beauty Dental in May 2017 and since then I have learned great deal. Dr. Smith is constantly striving to stay up-to-date on all the latest dental technologies which allows us to deliver excellent, evidence-based dental care that is tailored to our patient’s needs. I am grateful to have watched the office transform and grow over the last two years and am excited to implement some of our newest technologies, including the 3D Printer!

Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family and friends. Over the last two years I have worked hard to fulfill my requirements to get into dental school. I am very proud to say that I will be starting dental school at Detroit Mercy Dental in August 2019! I am excited to use my experience as a hygienist, as well as all the philosophies and techniques I have learned from Dr. Smith in my journey through school. Laughter is a moment that allows a person to express their true self and I am truly humbled by being a part of a team that helps provide patients those moments by giving them more confidence.
