My name is Karen and I handle the insurance end of our dental practice as well as assist the doctor when needed. It is very refreshing to work for a dental office that puts the needs of their patients first and the compassion that Dr. Smith exudes to his patients and staff is unprecedented!

When I am not at work, I am enjoying my family which consists of my husband Rob and my three children Justin, Hunter and Haydin. We also love to spend time at our summer home on Otsego Lake in Gaylord, Michigan.
